Clinical Director – Lead Multi-Clinic Small Animal Vet Team

CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Clinical Director for The Village Veterinary Hospital – Caterham in Surrey. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours across 4 or 5 days with weekend rota participation and a flexible schedule. Lead a 24/7 Out of Hours service and guide clinical teams across Caterham, Merstham and Smallfield.

You will oversee clinical standards, mentor staff, manage KPIs, and drive service development while upholding our values and delivering exceptional client care.
