Director of Risk & Resilience

Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) seeks a Head of Risk and Resilience to lead organisational risk management, corporate resilience and business continuity. You will provide expert assurance to senior leaders, embed governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement across the Agency.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with the Department for Transport and key committees, and foster a culture of governance, resilience and training across the MCA.
