- Assistingwithdeliveryofappropriatetraininganddevelopmentinthedepartment
- VarietyofdutiesincludingdealingwitharangeofImmigrationworkincluding;detainedclients;victimsoftrafficking&torture;asylumworkfrominitialapplicationsthroughtoTribunalappealandupperCourtappealmatters;entryclearanceapplicationsandappealsandsomejudicialreviewwork
- PreparingandmanagingfundingapplicationstotheLegalAidAgency,
- Preparingdraftdocumentsincludingwitnessstatementsandprocessingevidence
- PreparingapplicationstomeetHomeOfficerequirements(incl.draftingapplicationforms,indexofdocumentsandlettersofrepresentations)
- Attendingconferencesandcourt
