Trading Standards Solicitor: Regulatory Prosecutions Expert

Essential Employment is seeking a Trading Standards Solicitor to join our Oxford team on a temporary full-time basis. You will manage a varied caseload of regulatory matters from inception through to conclusion and provide strategic legal advice on investigations, enforcement actions and statutory powers.

You will conduct prosecutions in Magistrates’, Crown and County Courts as appropriate, prepare legal documents, and liaise with enforcement agencies and counsel.
