Store Manager — Lead High-Energy Retail in York Area

B&M Retail in York is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take full ownership of store performance, drive sales, lead your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Initially in a designate role covering York with travel to other stores in the area, the role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will set high standards, manage stock, and make commercial decisions to maximise profit.
