Charity Shop Manager – Lead & Grow a Community Store

Sue Ryder Care in Ilkeston is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy charity shop on a full-time basis. You will drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and lead volunteers to deliver excellent donor and customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, ensuring health and safety, and supporting in-store campaigns to promote Sue Ryder’s brand and fundraising initiatives.
