Deputy Store Manager: Lead Teams & Operations

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Blyth to lead the store floor and back-office operations. You will model exemplary customer service, manage cash processes, stock integrity and team performance, especially in the Store Manager’s absence.

You will drive KPI achievement, staff development and a safe, compliant store environment while delivering Lidl’s values and a strong customer focus across shifts.
