Retail Co-Manager: Lead Team & Customer Experience

Machine Mart is seeking a store supervisor to work alongside the Store Manager, sharing daily running duties and leading a small team of 4–6 staff. You will motivate the team to hit challenging sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers to guide their purchases.

We value hands-on leaders with a proactive attitude, numeracy, and basic computer literacy, who can work up to 45 hours per week and participate in role-specific training and development.
