Lipid Clinic Specialist Nurse – FH Care & Education

STOCKPORT NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking a motivated nurse to join the Endocrine Service Lipid Clinic. The Specialist Nurse will support FH patient reviews, lipid-related guidance, and education of primary care colleagues in lipid disorders within the community.

The post includes collaboration with the Lead Consultant to manage patients attending the Lipid clinic and provide guidance to healthcare colleagues while supporting service delivery and flexible working arrangements where possible.
