Term-Time Nursery Room Leader: Lead & Develop EYFS Team

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Room Leader for a term-time position in South Essex. The role runs 08:00–18:00 with a September start and involves leading the room, coordinating staff, and supporting children’s learning under EYFS guidelines.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and have previous Room Leader experience, with strong EYFS knowledge and excellent communication skills. On-site parking and ongoing development opportunities are provided.
