CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and established Sheffield law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who is looking to join a well-established practice with an excellent reputation, a strong and varied client base, and the flexibility of hybrid working. The successful candidate will become part of a specialist Commercial Property team advising a broad range of businesses, investors, developers, property owners, occupiers and lenders on a wide variety of commercial property matters.
The Role
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Commercial leases, renewals, assignments and surrenders
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property development and investment work
- Portfolio management
- Property refinancing and secured lending
- Site acquisitions and disposals
- Option and conditional agreements
- Overages and development-related matters
- Advising a broad range of commercial clients on their property requirements
The team takes a practical and commercially focused approach, working closely with clients and other professional advisers to ensure transactions progress efficiently and effectively.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE
- Have strong experience in Commercial Property
- Be confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Have experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Have a commercially minded and proactive approach
- Be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
