Civil Litigation Solicitor – Education & Public Law (NQ-2 PQE)

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its education and public law team. You will manage your own caseload of education and civil disputes, advising clients through tribunal and court proceedings.

This role involves handling SEND Tribunal claims, supporting individuals in disputes with public authorities, and instructing counsel where required, with advocacy opportunities as appropriate.
