We’re currently working with a well-established specialist law firm, focused on Wills, Probate and LPAs, which is now looking to bring onboard a Compliance Manager to take ownership of its firm-wide compliance and risk agenda.

This is a broad, hands‑on role with genuine exposure to the Board and the opportunity to shape compliance across the business.

The role?

• SRA compliance & regulatory requirements
• AML & financial crime compliance
• GDPR & data protection
• Client complaints & resolution
• Professional negligence claims & insurer liaison
• Internal audits & compliance reviews
• Compliance policies, registers & risk management
• Staff induction and ongoing compliance training
• PII renewals & risk assessments
• Lexcel, WIQS and other accreditations

About you?

• Strong legal compliance experience
• A solid understanding of SRA, AML and GDPR requirements
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A strong understanding of how technology can support compliance

A Solicitor qualification would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
