Senior Estimator: Large-Scale Utilities Tender Lead

Network Plus is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating lifecycle on large, complex capital schemes across water, gas, electricity and civils. You will own bids from enquiry through to award, coordinating with clients at senior levels and guiding the bid team.

The role requires strong costings, risk assessment, subcontractor engagement and value engineering to protect margin. A proven track record in tender leadership and NEC/JCT familiarity is essential.
