Lead Grounds Manager – Pro Football Pitch Care

Colchester United Football Club is seeking a Head Grounds Person to oversee maintenance of the main pitch at the stadium and five training ground pitches. You will lead a grounds staff, plan maintenance, and manage resources while ensuring top-quality surfaces and immaculate training facilities.

You will work closely with management and coaching staff, apply turf care best practices, and manage health and safety, regulatory compliance, and budgeting within a dynamic sports environment.
