Bilingual Information Officer (Chinese) – Credential Evaluation

Ecctis Ltd is recruiting an Information Officer (Chinese Speaking) to join the ISG under the Government Recognition Services contract. The role focuses on credential evaluation and supporting service enquiries for individuals and organisations such as universities.

You will work within a Hybrid pattern with 3 days remote. The IO will ensure service delivery, KPI attainment, adherence to GDPR principles, and collaboration across teams to meet contractual requirements.
