Senior Contracts Manager – Construction Projects OTIF

GBR Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee varied built environment projects across industrial, commercial, housing and refurb sectors. This role requires delivering OTIF, on budget and to a high standard of quality finish.

You will manage multiple projects concurrently, assemble programmes, procure subcontractor labour, coordinate with site teams and measure progress against ISO quality procedures to maximise margins.
