QA Supervisor – Food Quality & Compliance Lead

The Compleat Food Group in Clitheroe is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance on site. You will drive food safety standards, coach teams, and ensure audit readiness across the factory.

This hands-on role reports to the QA Manager and carries a 06:00–18:00 shift pattern with fortnightly rotations. Candidate requirements include Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene, extensive experience in food manufacturing, and strong knowledge of BRC standards.
