Night Airside Ramp Team Leader

Swissport is hiring a Ramp Team Leader Agent for nights at Luton Airport. You will supervise and deploy ramp staff, manage rosters for 2300–0600 shifts, and ensure safety and service standards in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role requires leadership experience in aviation, excellent planning and communication skills, and flexibility to work shift patterns including weekends and holidays. A full driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office are beneficial.
