Senior Director, Patient Safety & Quality Improvement

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Director: Patient Safety to lead the patient safety strategy across Coventry and Warwickshire. You will drive systems that reduce avoidable harm, oversee investigations and learning, and champion safety to deliver safe, high‑quality care.

You will work with the Chief Nurse, Executive Team and clinical leaders to embed a culture of learning, openness and continuous improvement, across clinical and corporate services.
