Utilities & Council Tax Coordinator

Bedspace is seeking a detail-oriented Utilities Officer to manage utility accounts across its properties in the UK. You will register accounts, verify meter details, coordinate with suppliers, and support tenancy changes while assisting colleagues and service users with utilities and billing.

The role involves producing utility reports, spotting trends in usage, and maintaining accurate records in systems like ReMaS, Arthur and Sage. A UK driving licence is required.
