Knowledge and Information Management Officer
What you’ll be doing Supporting NHSR in it’s use of O365 (SharePoint, Teams) to manage our information in line with legislation, regulation and business need. Supporting the development of NHSR’s Information Champions network. Providing support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), by supporting staff to manage their records effectively and providing Knowledge and Information Management advice in relation to Data Protection Impact assessments. Providing records management support for Inquiries and Reviews. Providing analysis and reports on how different teams are managing their records, information and knowledge. What you’ll bring Good analytical skills The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders An understanding or experience of records management principles and practices, and a working knowledge of O365 (SharePoint and Teams) Experience of service provision Good verbal and written communication skills What we offer in return Competitive salary and benefits package.
