HR Systems Analyst: Data-Driven BI Dashboards (Hybrid)

NHS Lothian is recruiting a HR Systems Analyst to support development, implementation and optimisation of HRMIS across our organisation. You will help drive digital transformation, deliver high-quality reporting and ensure data quality for over 27,000 staff.

With 36 hours per week on a hybrid basis, you will work to design and enhance HR systems, dashboards and workforce reports, collaborating with local and national stakeholders. An opportunity to influence national system developments awaits.
