Job Description:
NHS Grampian is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join the Care Home Support Team in Aberdeenshire. The role involves assurance visits, support and training across Care Homes and Very Sheltered Housing complexes, with travel across the Shire.
The post is full time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work to meet clinical demand. A relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates. Interviews will be held on 15 September 2026.
