Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Night Nurse Practitioner to join the Hospital at Night (H@N) team. This permanent post supports a 7-day service from 19:30 to 07:30, with cross-site training at Frimley Park when required.
You will provide autonomous clinical leadership, assess and manage patients with complex needs, and contribute to high-quality, multidisciplinary care across the Trust during night shifts.
