Band 6 Crisis Mental Health Nurse – Isle of Wight

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting an NHS Registered Mental Health Nurse for the Crisis Service on the Isle of Wight. This full-time locum role offers urgent assessments, risk reviews and person-centred care planning in a frontline response team.

You will assess and support people of all ages presenting to the acute hospital with mental health and learning disabilities, coordinating with Social Care, Police and third-sector partners as needed.
