Senior ICU Nurse Leader — Critical Care & Pain Services

Torbay Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Senior ICU Nurse to provide professional nursing leadership and accountability for critical care and pain services. You will ensure responsiveness to service needs and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.

The post holder will lead governance and strategic development of Critical Care and Pain Nursing Services, supervising the nursing/MD team and ensuring high standards of dignity and compassion across the service.
