Clinical Deputy Manager — Senior Care & Team Leader

Gold Care Homes is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for St David’s nursing home in Ealing. The role focuses on day-to-day resident care, supervising nursing and care staff, and maintaining high care standards.

A clinical background with an active PIN is desirable but not essential. You will support the Home Manager, oversee recruitment and staff development, and liaise with residents, families and external professionals to ensure quality care.
