Lead 3-House Supported Living Manager

MacIntyre is seeking a Frontline Manager to lead three teams across three supported living homes in Warrington, supporting six people. You will inspire staff, drive person-centred care and build strong relationships with families and partner professionals.

You will oversee rotas, safeguarding, PBS implementation and regulatory compliance, while promoting an inclusive culture and high-quality support that enables people to live their lives with purpose and connection.
