Clinical Deputy Manager — Lead & Develop Care Team

Gold Care Homes is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for St David’s care home in Ealing. You will oversee day-to-day resident care while supervising nursing and care staff, ensuring clinical competence and excellent standards of service.

Your role includes leading shifts, supporting staff development, and ensuring adherence to Gold Care’s policies and regulatory requirements. A clinical background with an active PIN is desirable but not essential.
