Day Shift Electrical Engineer – Sunbury

£43,000 + £4,000 Shift Allowance | 4 on / 4 off

We’re looking for a qualifiedElectrical Engineerto join a reputable site inSunbury. This opportunity has arisen due to retirement, offering long-term stability in a structured shift role.

Shift Pattern

• 4 on, 4 off rotation
• Between6:30am – 6:30pm(flexible start between 6:30am–8:00am, finish 6:30pm)

Salary & Package

• £43,000 basic salary
• £4,000 shift allowance
• Call-out rota:1 week in every 3 months
• £110 standby payment
• Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out
• Subsidised on-site canteen
• Discounted on-site gym –£35 per month
• Shuttle bus from Feltham Station
• On-site parking

The Role

• Electrical maintenance and fault finding across site systems
• Planned and reactive maintenance on building services equipment
• Supporting site operations to ensure minimal downtime

Requirements

• IdeallyLevel 3 qualified or abovein Electrical Engineering
• Experience in building services / facilities maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive and team-focused approach
