Hybrid: Housing Income Officer (12-Month FTC)

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council is seeking an Income Officer to help residents manage rent accounts, recover arrears and sustain tenancies while supporting essential housing services.

You will work on a caseload, contacting residents by letter, telephone and home visits, and coordinating with Legal, Benefits and Housing Needs to reduce arrears and promote welfare benefits.
