Founding Operations & Customer Experience Lead

Biscuit Recruitment, partnering exclusively with a purpose‑driven premium chocolate brand, is building its founding UK team and seeks an Operations & Customer Experience Executive. The role covers customer service, Shopify operations, fulfilment and day‑to‑day admin to help launch the brand successfully.
