Part-Time Charity Shop Leader – Inspire Volunteers & Grow Sales

Blue Cross Thirsk is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Market Place store. This part-time role (14 hours over 2 days) involves retail leadership, volunteer management, and delivering excellent customer service in a community-focused charity shop.

You’ll support the Shop Manager, drive sales, and help source donated fashion, accessories and homeware. The role requires strong people skills and flexibility across retail hours.
