Night Duty Supervisor – Hostel Ops & Security (Edinburgh)

The Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel, operated by Hostelling Scotland, is hiring a Night Duty Supervisor for fixed-term coverage from 01/Oct/2026 to 31/Oct/2027. The role focuses on overnight supervision, guest safety, and overall security of the building during night hours.

You will also maximize late-night sales through the hostel’s retail and drink service, while performing duties such as bed-folding, guest check-ins, and deep cleaning as required.
