Senior Building Services Design Lead – Hybrid (Airport)

WSP is seeking a senior design management professional to lead Building Services design for Heathrow programmes. You will mentor engineers, coordinate MEP, structural and architectural inputs, and drive design governance across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will oversee design programmes, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure output quality meets programme and client requirements. The role involves supporting bids and maintaining strong client relationships.
