On-Site NPD Manager: Food Innovation & Launch Lead

Kepak in York is looking for an experienced NPD Manager to lead approved innovation, renovation and cost optimisation projects through the Kepak Stage Gate process. This role requires translating opportunities into commercially viable, launch-ready products, working across Innovation, Commercial, Operations, Technical and Supply Chain teams.

You will guide a cross-functional team, manage factory trials and validation, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
