Leisure Facility Manager: Lead Teams & Community Experience

Oxford Leisure is part of Serco’s leisure portfolio. The Facility Manager will lead daily operations at a busy leisure facility, ensuring safety, high performance and excellent customer experiences.

You will work with the General Manager to drive growth and people development, supporting a culture of service excellence and safe operations. Role involves managing Duty Managers, data-driven decisions, and hands-on leadership to maintain welcoming spaces for the community.
