Night-Shift Operations Supervisor: Freight & Team

FedEx is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of operatives and drivers on nights in the United Kingdom. Working hours are 40 per week, with a night shift pattern, and a pay rate of £16.57 per hour, with premia for hours between 7pm–10pm and 10pm–6am.

You will supervise, motivate and fairly treat team members, plan actions to meet service level targets, and educate the team on business goals while ensuring safe, secure and compliant practices.
