Senior Commercial Manager – £150m Southampton Project

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Commercial Manager for a major new build scheme in Hampshire. You will lead the commercial team on a circa 150m project in Southampton, overseeing procurement, CVRs, and contractual matters across a two‑year site programme.

You will drive bids, manage relationships with clients, and ensure delivery of commercial targets while developing the team and coordinating with the Regional Commercial Director.
