North Yorkshire Hospice Care in Thirsk is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Herriot Hospice Homecare Charity Shop. This permanent, on-site role covers 15 hours per week at 14 Market Place Thirsk, Salary: £10,097.30 actual salary (£25,243.25 FTE). Closing date: 16TH August 2026.
You’ll lead a team of staff and volunteers, drive in-store and online sales, create an outstanding shopping experience, and help achieve targets through merchandising, stock management and commercial awareness.
