Mencap is seeking a Retail Shop Manager for the Worksop shop located at The Priory Shopping Centre. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is based in Worksop with a 7-day rota and standard shop hours.
You will maximise sales and donations, lead volunteers, and ensure exceptional customer service while keeping the shop well-presented. Commitment to Mencap’s mission and working on weekends/bank holidays is required.
