Store Cleaning Manager: Lead Team, Safety & Quality

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting an In-Store Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning services at a Sainsbury’s store in a fast-paced retail setting. You will supervise the team, carry out some cleaning tasks, recruit and train staff, and plan rotas with accurate timesheet recording for correct pay.

You will prioritise Health & Safety across the site, provide equipment and support, and handle employee relations issues such as investigations and performance management as they arise.
