Hybrid Customer Service Advisor

Bolton Council’s Access Bolton team seeks positive, professional individuals to join our high-performing customer service staff. You will help residents with a wide range of enquiries, delivering excellent service over the phone and face to face, including Council Tax, Benefits, and bins and recycling.

Roles are full-time, 37 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern between our Town Hall office and home working.
