Senior Commercial Manager for £150m Southampton Project

Fawkes and Reece in Southampton are recruiting a Commercial Manager to lead a £150m new build project, from site start to completion, with a typical two-year programme.

You will manage the commercial team, oversee bids and CVRs, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with JCT/NEC contracts. Applicants must be able to commute to Southampton and have the right to work in the UK.
