Senior Customer Experience Lead – Sports & Bookings

University of East Anglia Sportspark is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to lead a team at the reception. You will supervise Advisors, handle bookings, memberships and inquiries, and work on a full-week rota to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires a track record of outstanding customer service in busy environments and suitable GCSE/NVQ qualifications. This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
