NEC Commercial Manager – Civil & Electrical Projects Lead

ENWCML is seeking a NEC Commercial Manager to oversee commercial risk on civil and electrical projects, guiding pre-construction feasibility, cost inputs and contract administration under NEC frameworks. You will lead tender analysis, cost planning and reporting, partnering with PM and Design teams to ensure compliant, value-driven outcomes.

Essential NEC4/PFC experience, utility/ electrical QS background and strong analytical skills are required.
