Senior Online Delivery Lead

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Lead Online Manager in Doncaster to drive the online delivery operation, ensuring every delivery goes out on time and to the customer’s expectations. You will lead a small team of managers, review KPI data, and maintain compliance with processes while planning for key trading events.

You will oversee overnight store activities, coach teams to high standards, and manage pay, scheduling, training, and employee relations to sustain performance and engagement.
