Interim Strategic Performance Lead – Council Programme

VennGroup is recruiting an Interim Corporate Performance Manager based in London with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on leading a major corporate performance programme within a council setting, following local elections in 2026 to shape the new Council Plan.

You will design, develop and implement a comprehensive Performance and Insight Framework, coordinating with senior leaders and digital teams to deliver robust reporting, governance and assurance across the organisation.
