Regional GM – Industrial Machinery Branch (North East)

Connected Search Group is recruiting a Regional General Manager to lead a Newcastle branch of around 16 staff across operations, sales, service and workshop, with full P&L accountability. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to drive performance and growth.

You’ll balance commercial budgets and forecasts with safety, delivery and quality, coach and develop the team, manage projects and customer relationships, and act as site lead for HSE compliance.
